The online booking portal is safe and easy. Please register minors under a guardian’s profile so you can book appropriately. Minors do not require a separate account to book an appointment.

You can easily book appointments online by clicking "online booking". For virtual or phone visits, choose "tele" or "Med Refill." For in-person visits, select "Office visit" and write the reason below. Check the website for free 3-hour parking details. Only registered patients can use this service.
Emailing /calling the clinic and leaving a voicemail is the least effective way of communication. Texting the clinic is the quickest way. Our phone number accepts texts, photos, and faxes if needed.
